First Aid helps to save lives too, it can help promote recovery, and prevent a person’s injury or sudden illness from getting worse. Knowing some basic first aid will ensure you know what to do until more advanced help arrives.
80% of sudden cardiac arrests occur outside the hospital. Learn how to respond in a sudden cardiac arrest emergency with confidence and the necessary skills.
